I have to admit, I wasn’t super impressed by the gelato in Italy. I had some that were good, and some that were just terrible. Gambrinus was good. It was creamy, the way it should be. The bad ones tasted like someone took a bag of ice, put it in a blender, mixed some stuff in there, and that was it. No I didn’t order a sorbet. It was definitely a gelato. At least that’s what the sign said.
