So far, I’ve seen at least 2 squirrels, and chances are there’s at least 1 more. They’re living on the Pixar campus as far as I know, and they seem to be enjoying their time here. For food, they have acorns and all types of breads the bakery next door throws away. For water, they have the whole pool to drink from (yes I’ve seen them drink water from the pool!).
I usually see 2 of them running around together. It’s funny how they know when it’s bread time too, when they hear the bakers next door open up the garbage bin to dump their unsold bread. I’ve seen one of the squirrels running over to the garbage bin, then waiting for the baker to leave. They grab whatever they want and bring it back to a more private location. I’ll try to get a picture of one of them with a big round sourdough in its mouth next time.
